Aldabra is the largest raised atoll on earth. Isolated from any major landmass, it has been spared from human exploitation and so it has become one of the most exclusive, remote and fascinating destinations on our planet. Only precious few people (much less than e.g. Galapagos) have the opportunity to see and experience this unique atoll which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Discover the phantastic, seemingly endless coral reefs with its pristine, pure white beaches, see with your own eyes one of the largest populations of Giant Turtles, the last surviving flightless birds of the Indian Ocean, etc. in this biodiversity hotspot.

Twice a day, every single day, the Indian Ocean breathes millions of gallons of marine water in and out of Aldabra's huge lagoon.

Fish, turtles, dolphins, and a whole array of marine life follow these great tides in order to feed from the riches of the lagoon, but they must also be ready to make their escape quickly from the shallow waters at low tide.
