Le Niol, Mahé, Seychelles:This recently renovated small self catering house sits above Beau Vallon bay and offers phantastic views towards the sea and the islands of Silhouette and North. It is located between Victoria and Beau Vallon, but on the west coast already. Click here for a map.The price per night for the whole house (fully furnished, including towels, bedsheets, etc etc.) is 65 € per night. If you rent it for more than 10 days, it's 60 € per night.The price includes transfer from the airport and back. There is a air conditioning unit installed in the bedroom. The house consists of a lounge with a big glass front going out to the verandah, a large airconditioned bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a small extra room, verandah, kitchen, dining room, sitting room. A washing machine is there for you to use, at no extra charge. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child. The last few meters of the access road are quite steep, so in case it's raining it may be somewhat slippery. But the house itself is a great alternative to staying down at the beach. Up here it's a great way to see the sunset, sitting on your private terrace, sipping a cold beer ... By car it is only 8 minutes down to the beach. By foot, you'll walk 3 - 10 minutes to the next bus stop, or 20 - 30 minutes down to the beach of Beau Vallon. A taxi isn't expensive. Alternatively, we can provide you with a rental car at a special price: only 40 € per day, including insurance. Long term-discounts available. |
