La Passe Guesthouse, La Digue, Seychelles:No mass tourism, but genuine hospitality is practized here. The guesthouse is situated near the little harbour (about 1 1/2 mins. by bike) and set back from the sea, nestled amongst the gardens of La Passe. At this idyllic place you are never far from the quiet bustle of the village, while it's a relaxing place to have a beer in the garden or on the terrace. By bike, the whole island and its superb beaches is within easy reach from here. Anse Sévère for example is about 1 km away (see map).3 double rooms each have their own bathroom attached and are simple, but clean and cosy. No air conditioning, but there are fans in every room. Some rooms have their own fridge. A smaller aircon room is available, too. What makes the stay at La Passe GH so special is Mary-Anne: she is a markedly friendly, hospitable and happy person. Her smiles are contagious and the food she's serving every evening has her guests raving for a long time after. Yummy!
