South Point Chalets, Mahe, Seychelles:

Well-appointed chalets/apartments/bungalows with beautiful setting above the sea. The South Point Chalets are located a few hundred meters above spectacular Anse Takamaka beach, in tropical surroundings. Perfect for a dream-holiday!

There is a "Family Villa" for up to 5 persons, three "Villas" and two "Standard Apartments".
All accommodations are equipped for self catering, you can also book breakfast or half board, however. Alternatively, there is also an excellent restaurant only a few steps away: the "Le Reduit".

Outfit: Spacious bedroom with air conditioning, shower/WC, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with TV and DVD/CD-player, balcony or verandah.

You're welcome to use internet for checking your email here. There is a swimming pool, and a shady relax-zone. Beach towels are provided free of charge. Daily cleaning (except Sundays/holidays). Laundry service available against a small fee.

The extremely friendly, service-orientated management is happy to help with organisation of excursions, etc.
A bus stop is within easy reach, down to the beach of Anse Takamaka you can easily walk in about 10-15 minutes.
Transfer time from the airport is approx. 30 minutes.

We offer a rental car at a special price, starting from 36 €/day.

Prices per apartment or chalet, valid from 01 October 2009 until 31 December 2012:

South Point Chalets, apartment for 1-2 persons, self catering:
120 €

South Point Chalets, villa for 1-2 persons, self catering:
140 €

South Point Chalets, family villa for 5 persons, self catering:
200 €

South Point Chalets, day room for afternoon departures, self catering:
60 €

Kids below 2 yrs are free.
1 extra bed for a child up to 12 years may be added in any category, for free.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Free airport pick-up for stays of more than 7 nights. For shorter stays, the transfer costs about 35 to 40 €.

Guests staying 7 nights receive the 7th night free (7=6).
Guests staying 12 nights receive the 11th & 12th night free (12=10).

B&B = Bed and breakfast,
HB = Half Board (including breakfast and dinner)
