The larger beach of Beau Vallon where most restaurants, scuba diving centers, etc. are situated is about 5 minutes away by car. However, there are also other small beaches nearby. The Bliss Hotel's natural swimming pool is sculptured by local granitic rocks and filled by the natural cyclic rise and fall of Indian Ocean waters.
