Bamboo Apartments and Holiday House, Beau Vallon, Mahe, Seychelles:

Apartments:
The
very spacious apartments of Beau Bamboo are just a few steps from famous
Beau Vallon Beach (you only have to cross the small road to access the
beach). Each of the two apartments occupies one floor of the house.
The exceptionally friendly owners will make sure you have a great stay.
There is a small shop with all necessities just around the corner, further shopping possibilities
can be found nearby.
Features:
Remote-control air conditioning, additional ceiling fan.
King-size bed 170x200cm, made from bamboo.
Big wardrobe with built-in wall safe for your valuables.
TV and Radio.
A big glass front with two sliding doors connects the lounge with the
spacious terrace.
The couch in the lounge of the lower apartment can easily be converted
into a comfy bed sized 140x200cm. So another person or 2 children can
sleep here.
In the bar-style open air kitchen, you'll find all you need for preparing
a creole dinner:
* Water kettle
* Coffee machine
* Toaster
* Dishes, glasses, cutlery
* Pots & pans
* 2 electric hotplates
* Big fridge with freezer
The bathroom (7m²) is designed to european standards. Lots of space
and a beautiful, spiral shower.
If you prefer not to spend your time on the beach, you'll find a big
verandah from where you can watch the beautiful sunset. In the lower
apartment the terrace is a bit smaller, because it has an additional
living room. The upper terrace has a size of about 44 sqm, L-shaped
and offers a large 2-person-hammock for relaxing.
On the terrace, you'll find another table, 2 chairs and 2 wooden reclining
chairs.

For 2 adults the apartment costs 100 € per day, self catering.
Price for extra beds upon request (depending on the lenth of stay),
but maximum 20 € per day.
Final cleaning: 40 €
Short-term rental on short notice only, otherwise the minimum stay is
5 nights.

Holiday House
The
adjacent house is also only 50 m from Beau Vallon Beach. It has a size
of 80 sqm + terrace.
It consists of living room, 2 bedrooms (one with kingsize-bed 160x200
cm, the other with kingsize-bed 200x200 cm), fully equipped kitchen
(with oven), bathroom and terrace.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobes, lockable safe, bedside
lamps and a powerful standing fan with remote control.
TV and Radio at hand.

A big glass front with sliding doors connects the lounge with the spacious
terrace. Here you'll find chairs, table and a rack for drying your swimming
gear.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC, hand basin. The washing machine
may be used after consultation with the owners.
There is a small shop right around the corner, further shopping possibilities
can be found nearby.
Price per day:
For 2 adults the whole holiday house costs 100 € per day, self catering.
Price for extra beds upon request (depending on the lenth of stay),
but maximum 20 € per day.
